Federal Reserve Bank

In 2010, the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank came to our team to transform an old, 10,000 sq. ft. conference room and office space into a million-dollar Money Museum and state-of-the-art Conference Suite. Existing dark wood panels were paired with new backlit resin plates, blending the past and present in a grand entrance to the new wing. Ceilings were raised to almost 15 feet, creating bright, open spaces with views onto the 16th Street Mall. A custom kitchen was designed to accommodate banquets and in-house catering for educational seminars, and a large multi-purpose theater room was designed to show educational films during business hours and transform in the evenings for formal dinners and events. The final result maintained the building’s historic architectural character while meeting requirements of ADA accessibility, security, and function.
