What Inspires Lynn Professionally:
"I was inspired by my son, Caleb's Lego sculpture that says I love mom!"

Lynn Coit is President of Elsy Studios and President Elect of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Colorado Chapter. She is an accomplished business leader, a recognized philanthropist and a passionate advocate for raising the bar for interior design standards in Colorado.

Following the successful co-ownership of another local design studio, Lynn founded Elsy Studios in 2012. Her vision was to create a more personal design experience at Elsy Studios that focused on thoughtful, quality design with the goal of positively shaping the design aesthetic in Denver. Driven by this vision, the team at Elsy Studios works to create spaces that matter – spaces that not only meet the needs of clients, but are also memorable for their exceptional design.

Lynn brings more than 25 years of experience to her role with Elsy Studios. Her foundation in architecture and subsequent extensive work in interior design have given her a deeper understanding of the inherent effects a building has on the interior architectural environment, which helps Lynn and her team to create more effective design solutions.

Over the course of her career, Lynn has led dozens of award-winning commercial interiors projects including EOG Resources, Platte River Ventures, Newmont Mining Headquarters, Sybase/SAP, Cachematrix, Innovest Portfolio Solutions and Capital Value.

Her leadership in both Elsy Studios and the broader community has been recognized with multiple honors including the 2016 Denver Business Journal (DBJ) Corporate Citizen of the Year, 2013 DBJ Outstanding Women in Business Award and 2009 CREW Women of Influence Award.

Her work has been featured in a number of publications including Interior Design’s "Positivity Issue" and "Best of Office Design Book", Sources in Design, Midwest Construction, 5280 Home, Modern in Denver and Colorado Homes and Lifestyles.

Within Elsy Studios, Lynn has promoted a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Women and minorities currently make up 92 percent of the firm’s staff, and under Lynn’s leadership, the team has developed a reputation for providing an exceptional level of service that has resulted in high client retention and referral business. In just over four years, Elsy Studios has doubled in size. The firm’s clients include Liberty Media and Healthgrades Headquarters.
