As Healthgrades searched for a new location for their headquarters in downtown Denver, they were also undergoing a rebrand to better reflect the company’s important mission of cultivating meaningful connections between patients and providers. For their new headquarters, they needed a space that would accommodate growth, reflect their fun-loving brand, and be a safe, enjoyable environment for employees and their furry friends alike. The Elsy team worked closely with Camp Bow Wow’s branding team to ensure every detail of the space worked in their favor.

Solidifi, a Real Matters Company

Solidifi, a Real Matters Company, is a leading independent provider of valuation and closing services supporting residential real estate mortgage services. They needed a highly adaptable next-generation space that would support their high-tech needs and accommodate future growth. This office space is located in the historic Dodge Brothers Showroom, commonly referred to as the ‘Ballet Building,’ on the corner of Lincoln and 13th Street.

In 2014, Merchant & Gould moved their Denver offices to the 33rd floor of the revitalized 1801 California Street building. Along with the move, they sought to revitalize their office space with new furniture and warm decorative tones that exuded a fun, but hardworking atmosphere, spoke to their many high tech clients, and complemented the office’s sky-high views of the city.

The Laramar Group needed a space they could call their own – a place that reflected their family-oriented culture, and made it easier and more enjoyable for their employees to work. The company was previously sub-leasing a space that, while adequate, did nothing to inspire or foster collaboration. The new space the Elsy team created for The Laramar Group changed all that.
