At Miles Partnership, culture is everything. The collaborative agency, known for its people-first approach to enriching destinations, wanted a Denver office that reflected the same energy, warmth and curiosity that defines its team. Less about heads-down work and more about connection, the 10,444-square-foot space was envisioned as a hub for training, team gatherings, client engagement, and community events.

When Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty set out to design a new office for their team in Truckee, California, they turned to Elsy Studios to help them craft a standout space. Having collaborated with the LIV Sotheby’s team in Denver, Elsy was excited to extend into the California market.

Elsy Studios recently completed the design of 22,291 square feet of spec suite space on the 22nd floor of Granite Tower in Denver, Colorado. The goal was to create boutique, move-in-ready office spaces that would attract smaller office tenants in a competitive market already saturated with spec suites. Elsy’s previous success in designing unique suites in the building laid a strong foundation for this project, and we were able to start with a blank slate to create a modern, flexible floor plan that could adapt to evolving tenant demands.

Elsy had the pleasure of completing a sophisticated new space for Class VI Partners, a growing investment banking and financial advisory company located in Cherry Creek. The client sought a design that would reflect their recent brand update, including a company name change, while maintaining the design elements that had proven successful in their previous space (design by Elsy 10 years ago). Elsy rose to the challenge, seamlessly blending the client’s desire for elegance with their established rustic-modern style.

CSG International is a Colorado based global leader in technology with over 5,000 employees in more than 20 countries. Their team reached out to Elsy Studios to help them realize their vision for a new headquarters that would embody their commitment to global sustainability while creating a welcoming environment for their team.

Elsy was engaged on this interior office renovation for Camino Natural Resources, transforming a previously closed and dark office floor plan into a vibrant, dynamic workspace. One of the client’s primary goals was to shrink and refresh the underutilized and oversized reception area. To that end, Elsy designed a smaller, warmer and more inviting reception space that features neutral finishes, fresh art and simple furniture for a sophisticated look.

The Elsy team had the pleasure of working with the Fire & Police Pension Association (FPPA) to relocate their office space to 7979 E Tufts. The Fire & Police Pension Association is an organization that provides pension and disability benefits to Colorado firefighters and police officers.
