Class VI Partners

Elsy had the pleasure of completing a sophisticated new space for Class VI Partners, a growing investment banking and financial advisory company located in Cherry Creek. The client sought a design that would reflect their recent brand update, including a company name change, while maintaining the design elements that had proven successful in their previous space (designed by Elsy 10 years ago). Elsy rose to the challenge, seamlessly blending the client’s desire for elegance with their established rustic-modern style.

Drawing inspiration from Class VI Partners’ water rapids-themed branding, Elsy incorporated soft curves into ceiling soffits and repeated arch details throughout the board room, break room and two intimate team lounge areas, which create a cozy speakeasy vibe. The board room’s carefully placed arch perfectly frames the stunning downtown view, making a statement while maximizing the impact of the office’s prime location. As this was a first-generation space in Cherry Creek, our team worked closely with the general contractor to optimize the new HVAC system layout, ensuring maximum ceiling height throughout the office.

Crafted from warm walnut wood and bright white materials, the striking architectural ceiling piece in the break room cleverly echoes the shape of Class VI’s compass logo, nodding to the company’s refreshed brand identity.

The incorporation of planter boxes throughout the space adds a residential feel, softening the commercial environment and promoting a sense of comfort and well-being among employees. The design also includes nine phone rooms strategically placed throughout the space, supporting the open office layout while providing privacy for confidential conversations and focused work.

In a thoughtful callback to the previous project with Class VI Partners, our team designed a custom coffee bar and wine rack for the reception area to establish a welcoming first impression for visitors and staff alike.

Through careful attention to detail and a deep understanding of Class VI Partners’ brand and needs, Elsy Studios produced a sophisticated, functional and visually striking office space that perfectly encapsulates the client’s identity and supports their continued growth in the financial sector.
