Miles Partnership

At Miles Partnership, culture is everything. The collaborative agency, known for its people-first approach to enriching destinations, wanted a Denver office that reflected the same energy, warmth and curiosity that defines its team. Less about heads-down work and more about connection, the 10,444-square-foot space was envisioned as a hub for training, team gatherings, client engagement, and community events.

To bring that vision to life, Miles Partnership turned to Elsy Studios. We worked closely with their team to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-inspired environment that balances comfort with flexibility—creating a workplace that invites people in and brings them together. The team responded with a layered and intentional approach to space planning, creating distinct “zones” for quiet individual work, training sessions, casual collaboration and team-wide gatherings.

The design is welcoming and invites wanderlust.  Nowhere is that clearer than in the Break Room, where a custom u-shaped bar anchors the space. Modeled after the social flow of an airport bar, the bar encourages casual conversation and camaraderie, whether you’re making lunch or catching up with a coworker.

A foundation of warm neutrals is accented with vibrant pops of color in rugs, art, and accessories. Geometric details, inspired by the compass point in the company’s logo, are woven throughout to subtly reinforce the brand.

Even within a conservative budget, this project is a celebration of personality and purpose. Elsy transformed a formerly dark, compartmentalized space into a bright, open workplace that reflects the client’s culture. Branding moments, developed in partnership with Projex EDG, highlight what makes Miles Partnership unique and makes every visitor feel welcome.
