SRM Firm

Elsy’s design for this 50,000-square-foot Denver headquarters at 707 17th Street in Downtown Denver was all about supporting increased collaboration and reinforcing the Service Revenue Management (SRM) firm’s progressive culture.  

Previously located across three floors of a different building, the client wanted to consolidate its Denver operations (and 200+ employees) into a single, cohesive space. They reached out to Elsy Studios with an aggressive construction and design timeline of just nine months. 

As part of the progressive design, Elsy integrated elements inspired by the company’s software and service-focused brand. String lights draw the eye up to the company’s prism software brand and triangular service brand, which are incorporated into the ceiling finishes. White terrazzo flooring grounds the space with a bright, polished look while the reception desk creates a welcoming feel with biophilic elements such as a wood slat and planters.

Ultimately through our collaboration on their relocation, we were able to set a new, forward-thinking design standard for this growing multi-national technology company.
