Daniel Biver

Daniel Biver is an experienced architect who has worked in a wide range of disciplines and diverse geographies, providing him with a dynamic skillset that results in creative, thoughtful solutions for Elsy clients.

Daniel’s impressive portfolio ranges from high-rise residential and commercial buildings in downtown Chicago to a renovation of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore to a mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Among his many skills is an innate ability to get to the heart of client objectives and crystalize design intent while providing the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. He’s incredibly detail-oriented and has an eagle eye for spotting potential problems before they arise. Ultimately, his approach results in more elevated outcomes for our clients.

An accomplished designer, Daniel is LEED AP certified and holds a degree from Augustana College and earned his Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
