Rachel L. Grissop
NCIDQ, CCCP | Senior Project Manager
Rachel brings nearly two decades of experience designing commercial projects to her role as senior project manager at Elsy. Having lived and worked in Germany and Japan, she applies a global perspective, along with extensive experience managing all aspects of commercial interiors projects, to deliver truly memorable environments for clients such as Solidifi, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and Coalfire.
In addition to her design talent, Rachel has developed an expertise in reviewing construction documents – an invaluable asset in ensuring fidelity of the design through the construction process.
Prior to joining Elsy, Rachel served as president of RLG, Inc., where she provided project management and consultation, planning, proposals, production services, and bids for firms across the United States. She leverages this firsthand knowledge of business ownership influences her client service and project management approaches.
Within the local design industry, Rachel is on the Board of Directors for the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Denver as well as an advisor to the Education Committee for CSI National. Rachel also volunteers her time as a DPS School Mentor.
